The terms that govern your use of the Wearpro platform.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Wearpro platform, website, and related services (together, the "Platform") operated by Wearpro Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales ("Wearpro", "we", "us", or "our").
By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
Wearpro provides a uniform programme management platform designed for hospitality and service businesses. The Platform enables businesses and their suppliers to collaborate on the specification, approval, ordering, and reordering of uniforms through a structured digital workflow.
The Platform has no upfront costs or subscription fees. Wearpro earns revenue through a small margin applied to orders placed through the Platform. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this pricing model. We reserve the right to adjust our margin or introduce additional paid features in the future, in which case we will provide reasonable notice.
To access the Platform, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that are inactive for an extended period.
You agree to use the Platform only for its intended purpose — managing uniform programmes — and in compliance with all applicable laws. You must not:
You retain ownership of any content, data, or materials you submit to the Platform ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant Wearpro a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use, store, display, and process it solely as necessary to provide and improve the Platform.
The Platform is designed for collaboration between businesses and suppliers. When you participate in a uniform programme, certain data (such as garment specifications, order quantities, and sizing information) will be visible to the other parties in that programme. You acknowledge and consent to this sharing as part of the Platform's core functionality.
All content, design, text, graphics, logos, software, and other materials on the Platform (excluding Your Content) are owned by or licensed to Wearpro and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute our content without permission.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
We aim to keep the Platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or restrict access for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature of the Platform at any time. Where changes materially affect your use, we will provide reasonable notice.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wearpro, its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of a third party.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at hello@wearpro.co. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, with or without prior notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. We will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services. These services are not controlled by Wearpro, and we are not responsible for their content, practices, or availability. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
